In our Human Resources Management department, there is the opportunity to make minor or double major programs by making agreements with other departments in the University and other undergraduate departments that are close to each other and complement each other.

  2. Besides Yeditepe University's academic staff, Turkey's leading foreign and Turkish companies from the Human Resources directors lecturers/guest will take part as a speaker.
  3. All students will receive individual coaching from an internationally certified coaching consultant.

  5. In addition to social areas such as business and entrepreneurship, human resources will follow the latest trends in developing technology, and courses in technology management and informatics will be included in the program.
  6. With two compulsory Summer Internships, students will have the opportunity to practice what they have learned in school in the public and private sectors. Students will have the chance to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in business life without graduating.
  7. Since it is a 4-year department, our graduates will have the same rights as the graduates of the faculty. (Master, military service, the right to be an academician, etc.)

Human Resources Management students have the opportunity to come together with our stakeholders in the sector by having two compulsory summer internships in the 2nd and 3rd grade in our curriculum and have the opportunity to establish close relations with the sector while they are still students. The language of instruction in our Human Resources Management Department is English. Students who require an additional level of English are given an English Placement Exam and attend the English Preparatory School.

Besides, the students who passed the Human Resources Management department; German, Spanish, French, Russian and Chinese can take any elective course.

The aim of the Human Resources Management program is to have academic knowledge on sociological, analytical, legal and psychological issues, to interpret these concepts from the perspective of human resources management, to perform basic human resource management functions, to examine the social relations and social and individual effects of these in the work environment. The aim of this course is to educate graduates who have the skills and qualifications to conduct research at the national and international level and to plan manpower policies necessary for international competition and national development at the enterprise level. In addition, the Department of Human Resources Management allows entrepreneurial students to start their own businesses. The graduates of this program, which does not compromise its innovation-oriented approach while providing detailed and in-depth training in human resources and capital management, will effectively meet the demand of the sector.
