The aim of the Human Resources Management program is to have academic knowledge on sociological, analytical, legal and psychological issues, to interpret these concepts from the perspective of human resources management, to perform basic human resource management functions, to examine the social relations and social and individual effects of these in the work environment. The aim of this course is to educate graduates who have the skills and qualifications to conduct research at the national and international level and to plan manpower policies necessary for international competition and national development at the enterprise level. In addition, the Department of Human Resources Management allows entrepreneurial students to start their own businesses. The graduates of this program, which does not compromise its innovation-oriented approach while providing detailed and in-depth training in human resources and capital management, will effectively meet the demand of the sector.
