Differences in Human Resources Management from other universities and departments;

  1. English Education and Elective Foreign Language Learning Opportunity,
  2. Besides Yeditepe University's academic staff, Turkey's leading foreign and Turkish companies from the Human Resources directors lecturers/guest will take part as a speaker.
  3. All students will receive individual coaching from an internationally certified coaching consultant.
  4. An international inventory-based personality analysis and individual feedback session will be organized for all students. Head of Department Assoc. Dr. Dilek Sağlık will be done by Özçam.
  5. In addition to social areas such as business and entrepreneurship, human resources will follow the latest trends in developing technology, and courses in technology management and informatics will be included in the program.
  6. With two compulsory Summer Internships, students will have the opportunity to practice what they have learned in school in the public and private sectors. Students will have the chance to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in business life without graduating.
