Course Objectives: 
It is aimed to explain how consumer behavior changes and the components of this process, and to evaluate and analyze in order to improve HR practices in institutions. It is to enable HR students to consider consumer behavior as a factor when making decisions.
Course Content: 

To the HR professional, in the field of responsibility; Consumer and consumer behavior will be promoted in order to bring flexible and innovative solutions and develop new strategies. Mastering the research techniques needed to examine the challenges described above, as well as understanding key concepts such as perception, learning, communication, motivation, personality and attitude formation that are crucial in consumer decisions.
