Human Resources Management was previously offered as an associate degree and graduate program in universities, but the fact that it is offered as an undergraduate program in English at our university made me very excited and it was my reason for preference. In the lessons I have taken so far, I learned how important human resources are to the companies. With the contribution of our department chair Dilek Sağlık Özçam, we have the opportunity to meet and work with HR professionals from various companies. Thanks to our valuable teachers, we gain awareness and awareness of what awaits us about the business life. I think that our friends who will make a choice will evaluate their views and direct their careers.
