Course Objectives: 
In this course, methods that increase the importance of Human Resources in choosing the right personnel, ensuring the growth of the individuals they choose and retaining high-potential employees in today's competitive economy will be explained. Evaluation center applications are now aimed at contributing to students in addition to effective selection and placement.
Course Content: 

To the HR professional, in the field of responsibility; to be able to bring flexible and innovative solutions, to develop new strategies, competency-based group discussion, analysis-presentation, finding facts, role playing, work on the agenda, etc. The preparation, implementation and evaluation of different exercises will all be experienced with practice.
