Course Objectives:

The aim of the course is to enable students to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to understand organizations, organizational structures, and organizational processes.

Course Content:

Understanding the basic information about organizations, organizational structures, and processes, presenting the elements of organizational structure, determinants of effective organizational design, structural designs that managers can use, and the conditions under which these designs will apply.
