Course Objectives:

Acquaint students with principles of knowledge economy and management, let them grasp the necessity to view nonmaterial assets and human capital as a value to be added in the balance sheets; emphasize the importance of managing the intellectual capital.

Course Content:

The concept of human capital, its components, characteristics, measurement, internal and external reporting will be studied in this course.
