Course Objectives: 
Conflicts in the world have become more destructive with technological developments and globalization. This course aims to prevent national and international conflicts and analyze the events.
Course Content: 

There are cultural differences and communication problems at work, prejudices or stereotypes and ways of coping with them, recognition of gender and disability issues, generation-oriented education methods, conflict management strategies, negative feedback, managing unacceptable behavior, managing disagreements, Task-related paradigm, speech management and mediation.
