The course emphasizes how the variable of culture interacts with other national and international factors to affect managerial processes and behaviors.

Course Content:

The concept of culture. The layers of culture. Cultural Variables. Subcultures. Influences on National Cultures. Developing Cultural Profiles. Culture and Management Styles Around the World.
