Course Objectives: 
Recruitment and interview techniques The main goal of the program is to develop interview skills and to teach interview behaviors and interview types.
Course Content: 

The importance of recruitment process in HR management, recruitment systems, effectiveness and measurement of recruitment process, determination of personnel requirement, types of interview, methods and stages are among the topics of this course. In addition, recruitment procedures will be reviewed in detail.
