Course Objectives:

According to the current legislation, it is aimed to examine the urban transformation processes as a whole and to examine the rights of public administrations and owners in disaster risk areas and urban transformation areas.

Course Content:

Urban transformation practices will be discussed at the conceptual level and with historical development processes, and the topics such as transforming disaster risk areas, determination of risky areas, how to demolish and evaluate risky structures will be covered in the course.

Course Methodology:
