In the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, there is an opportunity to make minor or double major programs by making agreements with other departments of the School of Applied Sciences within the University or with other undergraduate departments that are close to each other and complement each other. For example, it may be possible to make minor and/or double majors with International Finance and Economics departments.

The differences of Real Estate Development and Management Department from other universities and departments are as follows;

  • In the Real Estate Development and Management Department, four dimensions of real estate, namely investment, valuation, marketing, and facility management, are included in the academic program

  • Giving the necessary infrastructure to become a CMB Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

  • Collaboration and internship opportunities with companies experienced in Facility Management

Professor Dr. , Associate Professor Dr. ,Assistant Professor Dr., besides the academic staff, it is located with its strong staff with sectoral experience.

As the Department of Real Estate Development and Management, we can use all the facilities of our University jointly, including classrooms and computer laboratories.

The Department of Real Estate Development and Management is accepted to the program with a full scholarship students and another scholarship students as of the year. According to the academic program, the students in which graduates of the Department of Real Estate Development and Management have the opportunity to meet with stakeholders in the sector by having summer internship (30 working days) after completing the third year and have the opportunity to develop their relations with the sector.

The language of the Department of Real Estate Development and Management is English. If the students' level of English is not sufficient, they take a placement test and have an education at the English Preparatory School.

If the students, who pass preparatory school, may want to select other foreign languages such as German, Spanish, French, Russian and Chinese as elective course.

The vision of the Real Estate Development and Management Department is to be effective in marketing, investment, valuation and management in national and international markets.

The Department of Real Estate Development and Management provides the knowledge and skills in the field of property management, investment expertise with the necessary economic and financial knowledge in real estate investment decisions, marketing and real estate appraisal expertise in the national and international markets.
