Course Objectives:

In order for businesses to survive economically and socially, they need to be able to manage human resources, technology, equipment and existing work areas in the most effective and efficient way. Since the facilities to be examined in this course have a unique structure, there are differences in planning, organizing, managing and controlling. In this course, considering the differences, it is aimed to provide effective management of the facilities.

Course Content:

Versatile and most effective management models will be examined in order to fulfill a specific function of any commercial real estate and site such as shopping mall, hotel, performance center, factory, warehouse, office, agricultural facilities, sports and health complexes.

Course Methodology:
