Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to enable students to know the concepts related to marketing and sales, to learn the rules of behavior of a social entity, the purchasing process, to know the environment better and to communicate in a healthy way, and to be able to display safer behavior and provide sales efficiency.

In the course examines the causes of human behaviors related to marketing and sales, which is one of the most important factors in businesses, and the ways to determine the factors affecting them and direct them positively.
