Course Objectives:

Mistakes in poorly managed projects in Turkey and excessive costs arising from these errors, defects in the organization, delivery time delay of the project, examining issues such as warped and ugly buildings; The aim is to provide students with information about the design of the project, the planning of the construction and the actual implementation and management.

Course Content:

The design of the project, the planning of the construction, the actual implementation, execution and completion of the construction will be covered.

Course Methodology:
