Course Objectives:

The aim of the course is to teach international institutions and regulations, business concept and firm structure, customs law and customs clearance elements, the elements for ming the customs clearance process within the framework of the law and the effects of these applications on the basic level.

Course Content:

In this course, general features of customs law and introduction to customs legislation; other customs legislation and inspection procedures in free zones. Turkey's tariff regimes, export-oriented policies imposed on imports, the necessary documents according to the country of origin of goods, purchasing policies followed in the sale, the price break through the restrictions in the maritime trade and customs to be followed in the event of the abduction of goods roads are examined.
