Course Objectives:

The goal of this course is to emphasis the scope & objectives of logistics operations and management, IT for logistics and integration of supply chain.

Course Content:

Logistical operations and packaging, Information Technology Framework, global supply chains, Sample Planning Problems, operations Integration, Logistical design & operational planning, Administration.
