Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn about Turkey's foreign trade regime and customs regulations.
Course Content: 

This course will discuss the laws and institutions that govern international trade in Turkey. Particular emphasis will be placed on the legal aspects of commercial transfers, such as the investment agreement. This course examines the regulatory and reciprocating laws of international law in Turkish law. Turkey to housing important aspects of trading is done by providing the necessary legal background. customs regime between threads, import-export regulations, rules of origin, customs valuation, trade laws (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard), sales of products, trade finance, maritime transport, trade in services, and have taken place in Turkey which are related to foreign trade.
