Course Flow

COURSE FLOW

1.	Purpose and scope Various provisions concerning the rights and obligations of persons within the framework of Customs Legislation ((Right to represent, decisions on the application of Customs Legislation),
2.	Information and information related obligations Terms and definitions in the customs law
3.	Vehicle entry into the customs territory of Turkey, the Vehicle Control, Entering goods to the customs territory of Turkey, Customs Presenting the items, summary declaration and unloading of goods presented to customs.
4.	The obligation to determine a customs-approved transaction or use of the goods presented to the Customs
5.	Subject to a customs regime and other customs approved procedures or uses
6.	Customs approved transaction or use (Customs approved transaction or use restrictions, Retaliation, Counterfeit goods and envelopes, Protection of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights)
7.	Customs regimes: conditionally exempt customs regimes: economic effective customs regimes
8.	The common features of customs regimes are the introduction of goods into a customs regime.
