Human Resources Management Department

The aim of the department is to train graduates who have academic knowledge in sociological, analytical, legal and psychological issues. In addition to being able to fulfill basic human resource management functions, our graduates will also be able to examine social relations in the working environment and their social and individual influences, as well as interpret these concepts from the point of view of Human Resources Management. Our graduates will have the skills and qualities to plan human resources policies required for international competition and national development at the enterprise level, and carry out national and international researches in this direction.
